FORMED LINK™ Open Grip

A modular open cable grip designed to work independently or connect into the FORMED LINK™ multi-hole bar system.

The FORMED LINK™ Open Grip combines a full-size 150 mm × Ø32 mm aluminium handle with an open stainless steel mounting frame. Use it directly on a cable machine as a single handle, or connect a pair to a LINK™ 200, 400 or 600 Bar to create your own grip width and hand position.

Built for modular training

• Standalone or system use: connects directly to a cable or becomes part of a custom LINK™ attachment.
• Open-frame design: gives the carabiner and cable room to move without crowding the hand.
• 150 mm handle length: supports different hand positions and larger hands.
• Ø32 mm aluminium grip: finished with FORMED knurling for reliable contact.
• Stainless steel structure: provides a rigid connection between the handle and mounting points.

Unilateral cable exercises, paired functional-trainer movements and configurable rows or pulldowns using the LINK™ multi-hole bars. The open architecture lets you change spacing rather than buying a separate fixed attachment for every grip width.
