FORMED LINK™ 600 Bar

A wide 600 mm multi-hole cable bar for building adjustable pulldown and rowing attachments around your preferred grip width.

The FORMED LINK™ 600 Bar provides the widest mounting platform in the LINK™ range. Instead of accepting one manufacturer-defined handle position, you can place compatible grips across multiple mounting points to create wide, shoulder-width or asymmetric cable setups.

Wide without being fixed

• 600 mm overall length: designed for broad pulling positions and greater spacing choice.
• Multiple attachment holes: move grips incrementally to find a position that suits your frame and exercise.
• Modular handle choice: use LINK™ Open Grips, PIVOT™ rotating grips or suitable third-party cable handles.
• Rigid bar platform: maintains the selected spacing throughout the repetition.
• Expandable system: change the handles or connection position without replacing the main bar.

Best for

Wide and medium-grip lat pulldowns, upper-back rows, straight-arm pulldowns and custom cable movements where conventional fixed bars place the hands too narrowly or too widely. The LINK™ 200 and 400 Bars cover more compact configurations.
