FORMED PIVOT™ Multi Grip

A closed rotating cable handle with a 150 mm aluminium grip and multiple mounting positions built into a 5 mm stainless steel frame.

The FORMED PIVOT™ Multi Grip takes the freedom of a rotating handle and adds a multi-hole D-shaped bracket. Connect at different positions to change the balance, angle and leverage of the grip, use it directly on a cable machine, or mount a pair to LINK™ bars and compatible lever-arm systems.

One grip, multiple connection points

• Multi-hole closed frame: gives you several attachment positions instead of one fixed eyelet.
• Rotating 150 mm handle: allows natural wrist movement through pulling, pressing and arm exercises.
• Ø32 mm aluminium grip: finished with FORMED knurling for consistent hand contact.
• 5 mm folded stainless steel bracket: provides a rigid, enclosed structure around the hand.
• Modular compatibility: designed for cable machines, LINK™ bars and the PIVOT™ Lever Arm Kit.

Best for

Rows, pulldowns, presses, flyes, curls and tricep work where you want both handle rotation and control over the attachment point. Changing the mounting hole can alter how the grip hangs before the set and how it tracks under load.
