FORMED PIVOT™ ConeFit Grip

A rotating tapered cable grip shaped to let the hand choose its own diameter and position along the handle.

The FORMED PIVOT™ ConeFit Grip uses a compact 70 mm aluminium cone rather than a constant-diameter cylinder. The profile increases to approximately Ø66 mm at its widest point, creating a changing grip challenge across the handle while the rotating mount allows the wrist to track naturally.

A different grip in every position

• 70 mm tapered handle: compact cone geometry inspired by specialist grip-training attachments.
• Up to approximately Ø66 mm: produces a demanding open-hand grip at the widest section.
• Variable hand placement: move along the taper to change effective diameter and difficulty.
• Rotating connection: reduces unwanted twisting through the wrist and forearm.
• Machined aluminium with FORMED knurling: combines a solid grip surface with controlled texture.

Best for

Cable rows, pulldowns, curls, static holds and specialist hand or forearm training. The tapered profile is particularly useful when you want more grip variety than a conventional straight fat handle can provide.
