FORMED LINK™ 400 Bar

A 400 mm multi-hole cable attachment bar that gives you adjustable medium-width grip positions from one modular platform.

The FORMED LINK™ 400 Bar is the all-rounder of the LINK™ range. It provides enough width for rows and pulldowns while remaining compact and easy to handle. Multiple mounting positions let you move compatible grips in or out, change their angle and build a setup around your own shoulder width.

Configurable by design

• 400 mm overall length: a versatile size for medium-width pulling and arm exercises.
• Multi-hole layout: creates repeatable grip positions without relying on fixed welded handles.
• Modular compatibility: designed for LINK™ Open Grips and PIVOT™ handles, plus suitable cable handles and carabiners.
• Rigid connection: keeps both handles positively located while still allowing each grip to move as designed.
• Fewer duplicate attachments: one bar can create several neutral, angled and mixed-grip configurations.

Best for

Seated rows, medium-grip lat pulldowns, cable curls, tricep work and customised bilateral cable exercises. Choose the 200 Bar for close-grip work or the 600 Bar for wider back training.
