FORMED LINK™ 200 Bar

A compact 200 mm multi-hole cable attachment bar for close-grip setups and precisely spaced modular handles.

The FORMED LINK™ 200 Bar is the shortest bar in the LINK™ system. Its multi-hole layout allows compatible grips and carabiners to be positioned at different points, giving you a compact platform for close rows, curls, press-downs and other movements where a narrow hand position is preferred.

One bar, multiple setups

• 200 mm format: compact enough for close-grip work and smaller functional-trainer spaces.
• Multiple mounting positions: adjust handle spacing and attachment geometry to suit the exercise.
• Open compatibility: designed around LINK™ Open Grips and PIVOT™ handles, while also accepting suitable third-party cable handles and carabiners.
• Rigid metal construction: removes the movement and compression associated with fabric spreader straps.

Close-grip seated rows, cable curls, tricep press-downs, compact neutral-grip pulldowns and custom single-cable configurations. Choose the LINK™ 400 or 600 Bar when you need medium or wide spacing.
